The apartment will be thoroughly CLEANED and UPDATED before the new tenant moves in, with IMPROVEMENTS such as three new windows, a window AC installation, professional cleaning, and carpet cleaning to ensure a fresh and comfortable living space. Conveniently located NEAR markets, numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and a newly renovated city park across the street, as well as the Fleisher Art Museum and School nearby. *The tenant is responsible for gas, water, and electricity. *The first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are required for move-in.
