This is a one bedroom in a huge 3 bedroom apartment. The total square feet of the apartment is 1300. There are two gentlemen in the apartment already. They are very quiet. mostly in their own bedroom so the entire living room and dining room are vacant all the time. The laundry is in the unit. the room facing southeast so there are lots of sunlight. The heating is gas furnace so the cost is low. The basic rent is $950, plus $80 utility copay for W/S/G. You pay 1/3 of gas bills the electricity bills which is minimum because heating is gas. If you are a handyman, we will have you to do some work to reduce the rent.
