There is flat monthly charge of $125 for all utilities, internet, and trash so you do not need to worry about fluctuating bills in the winter. Garage parking and/or storage available for an additional fee. All occupants will be asked to adhere to general guidelines respecting privacy, cleanliness, and noise levels.
