-This 3,000 sq. ft. luxury vacation home in San Antonio features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. -The primary suite includes a king bed and attached bathroom, while four other bedrooms offer queen beds, and a second primary bedroom also has an attached en suite bath (Also available as 3/2 per floor) - Two additional queen air mattresses are available - The living room and master suite are equipped with Smart TVs with access to Netflix and cable channels -The home includes a spacious game area, a covered patio with seating a BBQ grill, and ample private parking - The back terrace offers a private deck surrounded by Texas Oaks, perfect for relaxing -Guests can also enjoy access to a nearby neighborhood park with volleyball courts and a playground for kids -The property is located just 3 minutes from The Pearl District, combining classic cottage charm with a modern, loft-style townhouse design -It has been recently remodeled for Airbnb, providing the perfect setup for group vacations -Please note, that the house is 100% non-smoking, parties are prohibited, and no loud music is allowed after 10 PM. -Pets: Cats and small dogs are permitted. -Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. -Parking: Garage parking is available for tenants. **Rates are subject to change based on seasonality and availability. Extensions may be available but may change based on high season.** Tenant Selection Criteria: -Good rental history: no evictions in the last 10 years, history of damage, or an outstanding balance due to a landlord. -Verifiable income: minimum of 3x the monthly rent in gross monthly income. -Roommate's monthly income must be able to qualify individually at 3x the rent. -Criminal Background Checks: per the standards of the owner -Credit History: must be able to verify on-time bill payments and lack of collections or credit write offs. Applicant may be denied due to poor credit history -Pets: all pets must be current on vaccinations and rabies shots $500 Pet deposit required per pet + Pet rent required per pet based on size and breed. All pets over 20 pounds require screening. -Landlord will select the best-qualified applicant ****All application fees are nonrefundable**** -anyone 18 and older must submit an application -the application fee is $50 per person
