Description

No living room. 2 bedrooms. The photos are the actual rooms of the apartment. This is not a sample apartment. It is the actual apartment for rent. This is not room share. You do not share any room with first floor tenant. You have your own kitchen, bathroom and 2 rooms. No living room. 2 rooms both can be locked. Past tenants consistently used it as a 2 bedroom unit. It is on the second floor of a townhouse. Separate entrance from first floor for privacy. Rental application must be complete, correct, and verified. Income must be at least net pay $1800 monthly. Income must be verified. Reference from previous landlord and/or employer is required. Must prove history of on-time rental payments. All tenant applications will be screened by CtCredit Bureau. No smoking indoor. Hot water included. Tenant pays other utilities. Tenant pays half of the water bills slit even with the first floor tenant. Cats and small dogs (under 15 LB, breed restrictions apply) are welcome. No more than 2 pets at the same time. $200 nonrefundable pet deposit per pet. $25 pet rent monthly per pet.
