At the time of signing, first month, last month, and security is due. Minimum of a 12 month contract. No smoking in the unit or any in closed area on property. Renter needs to be available once every 3 months for pest control to service inside of unit, and for owner to maintenance the AC unit (typically takes 15min total.) Renters insurance is required.
