The spacious kitchen includes ample cabinet storage space along with stainless steel kitchen appliances. Parking is located in front of the building. Washer & dryer hook ups are available for convenience. Additional monthly fee for utilities applies. The resident is responsible for all utilities. The tenant is responsible for setting up Hugh's Net and paying internet if they wish to have services. Lawn care is included. One month's security deposit is required prior to moving in. Section 8 / HUD vouchers accepted. Pets are welcome - Breed restrictions may apply. Lease Term: 12 months. Application fee: $50 per person 18 and over.
If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier’s check or money order within 48 hours. There is also a one-time $100 lease administration fee due at move-in. This fee is not based on the number of applicants.
