This charming condo is situated in a peaceful building within a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently close to all amenities. The unit will be available for a 12-month lease beginning December 1, 2024. Please note that this is a no-smoking, no-pet property. Tenants will be responsible for covering gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi, while the landlord will cover water and trash services.
To apply, we require a minimum credit score of 680, along with verifiable income, which can be provided through W-2s, three months of payroll history, or three months of bank statements. A clean eviction record is also necessary for consideration.
