In order to move in, landlord requires first & last month's rent and one month's security deposit (which is then paid as a security deposit to the Condominium Association). Lease depends on Condominium Association approval that takes about 1-2 weeks. Condominium approval includes background checks & costs $150 per adult to be paid directly to the Association. Pets are allowed within the restrictions & requirements of the building and with a $300 security deposit paid to landlord.
