Carpeted room (Room 2) available for move-in November 15 or earlier upon request. The room comes equipped with blinds, dark grey blackout curtains, a table and chair, a nightstand, an over-the-door mirror, and a customizable closet. The room is available furnished or unfurnished. The room is located upstairs in a 6-bedroom house near the dining room and kitchen and a full shared bathroom with the tenant in room 1. The house has 2 rooms for rent in total. The two owners live in the house. There is one refrigerator per tenant. The house is located in Colorado Springs in Park Hill, 5.6 miles to Peterson AFB/SFB, 6.9 miles to Ft. Carson, and 13 miles to Schriever AFB/SFB. Furnishings included: bed, bed frame, mattress, nightstand, desk and chair, over-the-door mirror, blinds, and blackout curtains. Additional furnishing available at no additional cost: 8-piece comforter set, all season comforter, pillows, TV Additional furnishing available for additional cost: small refrigerator/freezer combination, small TV. Kitchen: pots & pans, silverware, dishes, cups, and mugs are available for all tenants and are stored in a designated area. Amenities included: customizable closet, central air/heat, dishwasher, stainless steel appliance, refrigerator/freezer combo, laundry in the house with a table for folding clothes, gym/fitness center, dining room, high-speed internet, Peacock Premium streaming service, tankless hot water heater, filtered drinking water in kitchen, whole house water filtration, weekly cleaning of common area not including bathroom, back yard with seating available, and online rent payments.
