New construction home with plenty of parking space. Unit has security system and alarm. There is a balcony in one of the rooms. Tenants are responsible for water (25 pp flat fee per person) and electricity. Small pets (dogs/cats) allowed for a fee. 1st and last month's (security deposit) rent required for move in . Must pass background check and have good credit (640+). must meet income requires, must make 3x rent monthly. No smoking. 1 year leases preferred. Small pets allowed
