Close to Home Depot, Giant, CVS, Menomale Pizza, Tastemakers, City State, Atlantic Plumbing Cinema, Rhode Island Plaza, Metropolitan Bike Trail, and a 20-minute walk to Union Market. The sunny bedroom for rent has its own private entrance and receives lots of sunlight – perfect for plants. It is 9.5’ by 13’ (124 square feet) and comfortably fits a queen-sized bed, dresser, and desk. Rent is $1,097/month, including utilities (gas, electricity, internet) and monthly cleaning services. The unit has: - Hardwood floors - Central heat/air - Granite countertops - Fridge, oven, microwave, washer and dryer - Jacuzzi bathtub - Back porch excellent for barbeques and wine nights - Ample cabinet and closet space - Street parking Minimum 1-year agreement.
