Description

2 bedroom 1 bath upper apartment. Shared basement, shared backyard, covered parking available in the back. Large closets. Carpet in bedrooms. Potential tenants MUST submit free application before showing appointments can be set. Qualified applicants MUST have a positive residential history, at LEAST 18 months history at the same employer, monthly income of at LEAST three (3) times the monthly rent, no prior evictions or housing related collections, and a clean criminal background. Security deposit and first month rent due at lease signing. Tenant pays gas and electric and water. As required per company policy a rental liability (only)insurance amount of $13.00 per month will automatically be billed in addition to the monthly rent rate. This is not to be confused with rental content insurance.
