We are looking for someone who is respectful and can peacefully enjoy this shared house. All utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent price. The house is very large, and it is shared with a few other females who all meet the rental requirements. Each room has its own private electronic combination lock. There are two shared kitchens, three shared bathrooms, and there is a coin-operated washer and dryer on site. The house is walking distance to Temple Hospital, Broad Street, and the Center City subway line. The requirements are: 1-year lease or longer, 2x rent to move in (first and security), income must be 2.5x the rent or must have a co-signer, no evictions, must have responsible financial life, must have clean criminal background, no pets, and no smoking.
