We are looking for roommates who complement the current tenants, are good people, have no drama, and are clean. Very financially stable via either or a mix of your job that's on the books, solid co-signer, high level of savings, or other solid proof of financial strength - to be discussed. RENTS & DEPOSITS: If your credit is great and meets all other requirements, we can just take the 1st month with a security deposit = the rent x 2. If you have issues with your financial status such as credit, savings, lengths of employment, etc, you may still qualify for our "rent credit option" plan to secure the room.
