Approval Requirements and Fees: - LEASE TERM: 6-12 months - APPLICATION FEE: $60 for each person 18 years old or over. - RENT AMOUNT: As stated in the rental listing, plus a 1% processing fee each month - LEASE PREPARATION FEE: $199 One-time upon each annual renewal. - SECURITY DEPOSIT: Equal to one month’s rent with a 600 + FICO score. If below 600 FICO, the security deposit will be 1.5X the rent amount. - A minimum of $350 will be withheld from the security deposit for a move-out cleaning. - NO PETS
